Professional Achievements

With over two decades of experience in the online gaming industry, I've served as a seasoned executive, playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of 888 Holdings.

Throughout 22 years with the company, I held various positions, starting as a marketing executive and progressing to roles such as Senior Vice President Head of B2C division, COO, and ultimately, CEO. In these capacities, I oversaw profit and loss, marketing, business development, product & technology, and operations.

Under my guidance, 888 Holdings achieved significant milestones, including the $2.1bn acquisition of William Hill's non-US assets from Caesars Entertainment in 2021. Additionally, I led a comprehensive group integration and cost reduction initiative, successfully achieving a synergies target of £150m.

Mergers and acquisitions including 888's deals for William Hill and Betbright;
Joint ventures and partnerships such as Sports Illustrated Sports Book and 888Africa;
Offline and online marketing strategies, including branding, performance marketing, sponsorships, and social network leveraging;
